Pilates


I am a certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor and use this contemporary approach to the original method first pioneered by Joseph Pilates. 

STOTT PILATES® exercises help restore the natural curves of the spine and restore the balance of the muscles around the joints. I work with a Pilates Reformer, Chair, Mat and TRX equipment to promote muscular strength, balance, flexibility and endurance. Classes can be private or in a group setting and anyone can enjoy Pilates! This form of exercise  can easily be modified for clients with limitations, injury or the elite athlete. Clients feel a more balanced and aligned body, feel fit and move with more ease and confidence.
